Do you like the local shops and restaurants? Do your homework, people!

Thanks to an increase in robberies and other crime, people are starting to have a fortress mentality. Unfortunately, many are keen on keeping the “riff raff” out thus resulting in gated and guarded communities. You would need to decide if this is what you’re looking for in a property.
